- Canada Post oversized Lettermail delivery is currently FREE anywhere in Canada (no tracking number is provided). Delivery takes 4 to 20 business days**.
- Express delivery is available for $10* (or free on orders of $125 or more before taxes and after discounts in CA and ON only). Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days** in Quebec and 3 to 7 business days** in the rest of Canada. (We will ship the order with Canada Post, Purolator, or GLS using the fastest method in your area.)
- International: international delivery costs $9* (no tracking number is provided). Delivery takes 5 to 20 business days.
Processing time for a new order may vary from 1 to 3 business days. This time is not included in the delivery time. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your purchases have been shipped using the selected delivery method.

Shipping Address Error
If your order has been processed, shipping labels are created using the information you provided at the time of purchase. Therefore, we are not responsible if the address is incorrect or incomplete and your package is lost or returned to us by the carrier. A fee of $5* for Lettermail delivery or $10* for Express delivery will be charged for any packages returned to us by Canada Post/Purolator/GLS due to an incorrect address.
Bracelet Sizing
If no measurements are provided for the bracelets in your order, we will automatically send them in a standard women's size, which is 16 cm (measured around the wrist with the skin flat against the measuring tape—see the procedure for details).
If the bracelet does not fit upon receipt, fees will be charged for sizing and return shipping. The same applies if the standard size does not fit.
Cancellations & Returns
Once the order is completed, it cannot be canceled.
