Our packages are shipped with Canada Post for Lettermail delivery and with Canada Post, Purolator, or GLS for Express delivery.

Canada Post oversized Lettermail delivery is currently FREE anywhere in Canada (no tracking number is provided). Delivery takes 4 to 20 business days**.
Express delivery is available for $10* (or free on orders of $125 or more before taxes and after discounts in CA and ON only). Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days** in Quebec and 3 to 7 business days** in the rest of Canada. (We will ship the order with Canada Post, Purolator, or GLS using the fastest method in your area.)
International: international delivery costs $9* (no tracking number is provided). Delivery takes 5 to 20 business days.

Shipping Address Error

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us via online chat, email, or on our Facebook page as soon as possible so that we can make the correction before the order is shipped.

If your order has been processed, shipping labels are created using the information you provided at the time of purchase. Therefore, we are not responsible if the address is incorrect or incomplete and your package is lost or returned to us by the carrier. A fee of $5* for Lettermail delivery or $10* for Express delivery will be charged for any packages returned to us by Canada Post/Purolator/GLS due to an incorrect address.

Bracelet Sizing

We offer custom sizing for Milie Bijoux bracelets. Make sure to take your measurements correctly by following our procedure and enter them in the designated area on the product page. You are responsible for the size you provide.

If no measurements are provided for the bracelets in your order, we will automatically send them in a standard women's size, which is 16 cm (measured around the wrist with the skin flat against the measuring tape—see the procedure for details).

If the bracelet does not fit upon receipt, fees will be charged for sizing and return shipping. The same applies if the standard size does not fit.

Cancellations & Returns

Once the order is completed, it cannot be canceled.
